After installing the program, the first thing you need to do is allow the application to have access to network devices. If you deny access, the program will not be able to find network cameras on your local network.

Video tutorial
Tiles can be moved or moved to multiple monitors using drag-and-drop.
The panel with recorded events (event time, event name, webcam) is displayed on the left side of the main window.

Devices - a list of devices (ip cameras, usb cameras) that you need to use for video surveillance;
Archive - view video archive and events;
Settings - general settings of the program.

Search and add new devices

You can find all onvif devices and USB cameras automatically using search form on the Devices tab.
Connect both ip and usb cameras.

Or add devices manually by clicking on the tile on the main form.


Add new IP camera manually
Devices can be found automatically or added manually.
To do this, enter the rtsp address of the video stream.

At the top, select the device type - ip camera. Using the "Test" button you can check the availability of the device.

USB camera can be added only to one tile.

View video archive
Immediately after starting the program begins to create a video archive. All working cameras record in time lapse mode, even if nothing happens in the frame. If there is a movement in the frame, the automatic recording starts 10 seconds before the start of such movement.
All events clips are located on the timeline and are highlighted in red. Finished videos in time lapse mode are highlighted in green.

Each video track corresponds to its video camera. First, select the video track at the bottom to view the video for the corresponding camera.
At the top you can select the date of the archive. Events are shown in red.
If an event occurs, then there is a full video recording. If the event does not occur, only the time lapse is recorded. The duration of each file time lapse corresponds to 4 hours.
General program settings

In the general settings there are 2 main tabs:
• General
• YouTube


Here you can select the program language and view the folder in which the video is saved.
All files are recorded in a specific directory in flv format (Flash Video).

To open the folder with video recordings in the general settings, click on the "Open" button.

In this folder there are directories with files. Each folder corresponds to a specific camera, and folders within years, months and days of recording.

View video clips on YouTube
On the YouTube tab, you can link the program to your YouTube channel.
To do this, you must have verified YouTube channel. You can create it on the website youtube.com. Watch the video tutorial on https://youtube.com/webcameracloud
Link to your YouTube account
After connecting the channel, highlight the option "upload events to youtube".
If any event occurs, the video with the event will automatically be uploaded to your YouTube channel. In the settings, determine the privacy of downloadable videos, so that they can not see outsiders. It is recommended to set "Unlisted".
Click the "Link to your YouTube account" button. Enter the data and select the desired channel to use for free video surveillance
Live broadcast from IP camera

You can also stream online video from the selected ip camera to your YouTube channel.
Go to the online broadcast settings of your YouTube channel.
Live broadcasts and events will be automatically displayed in your personal online account.
Set "Ultra low-latency" in sream options on your YouTube channel.
You can watch the events for free in your personal account: http://www.webcameracloud.com

You can also stream online video from the selected ip camera to your YouTube channel.
Stream key and IP Camera
If you set the minimum delay in the broadcast settings on YouTube, then you can watch for free everything that happens at your home on the selected ip-camera online with a delay of only one or two seconds.

To do this, copy the broadcast key from the YouTube channel and enter this key (stream key) in the program settings, and also select the desired ip camera from the list for which the broadcast will occur.
